Build a Private Crypto Shop on WordPress – Step by Step (Part 1: Introduction)

Transcript of the above video:

Hello everybody!
Hey mates, what’s up? I hope you’re all doing well.

Today, I want to start a new series related to building a private crypto shop on WordPress, step by step.

The reason I’m shifting from Telegram to WordPress is because here you have full autonomy — everything runs on your own server, meaning your own website.
That gives you privacy, independence, and freedom from banks.
WordPress is open source, so you can make it even more privacy-focused, and you don’t need to provide any personal information because it’s self-hosted.

All you need is a VPS (Virtual Private Server) somewhere on the web. Pay for it with crypto, set up your domain or subdomain, and you’re good to go.
You’re now censorship-resistant — even if someone takes down your website, you can back it up and restore it in just a few minutes.

This series will be on the fly, and we’ll start by choosing a privacy-friendly VPS provider.
I want to clarify that we’re not aiming for full anonymity — just privacy. Everything we’ll do will stay legal and transparent.

Most online shop tutorials assume you’ll use banks, PayPal, or credit cards, but those methods expose your data and your customers’ data. They can also freeze or censor your funds at any time.
With crypto, you keep your customers’ privacy and can accept any coin you like — Monero, Bitcoin, Lightning, and more. WordPress is flexible and privacy-friendly, making it the perfect base for this project.

In the first chapter, I’ll show you:

  • How to choose a privacy-focused hosting provider that accepts crypto
  • How to get a domain or subdomain (even free or cheap ones)
  • How to install WordPress from scratch on your server
  • How to create wallets for the coins you want to accept

We’ll also learn the basics of the WordPress dashboard, and use key tools like:

  • WooCommerce (the main open-source shop plugin)
  • A no-KYC crypto payment gateway
  • Privacy and security plugins, including a firewall and login-limit protection

We’ll also cover how to mask your IP and protect against DDoS attacks.
And if you’re really privacy-focused, you can even access your admin panel through Tor or a VPN.

After setup, we’ll move on to designing the shop with privacy in mind, configuring crypto payments, and adding products — simple, variable, and digital ones.
You can even use this setup for dropshipping, crypto-to-fiat conversions, or just to stash crypto privately while selling goods or services.

Alright, that’s it for this introduction.
I didn’t want to make this video too technical — just to give you the idea of what’s coming next.

As usual, like, subscribe, and stay tuned for the first technical chapter!
